At the Law Offices of Betty Ann Spencer, I offer alternatives to divorce litigation for men and women throughout Sonoma County. I am a lawyer, mediator and certified family marriage therapist. I represent clients in collaborative divorce proceedings and serve as a mediator, either to help people stay married or to resolve issues involved in a divorce. I work to empower my clients through education, demystify the divorce process and help them work through their emotional as well as their legal issues.
