- Collaborative divorce: I will work with you and an interdisciplinary collaborative practice group of specially-trained attorneys, mental health, financial and other professionals committed to collaborative process. We us a client-centered approach focused on respectful negotiations to help you stay out of court and reach an agreement that works for both participants. I have developed a wellness approach to divorce and separation which emphasizes the idea that going through this very difficult time with a focus on self-healing as a meant to guide you to a place where you discover a new and more positive life after divorce.
- Divorce mediation: I provide services as a third party neutral, helping you and your ex-spouse find common ground on all divorce-related issues. A licensed marriage family therapist as well as an attorney, I have extensive training and experience as a family law mediator.
