I work with you, your spouse and opposing counsel to negotiate a lasting agreement that meets the needs and protects the interests of everyone concerned, most importantly your children. My PracticeI offer a full range of divorce and family law services, including, but not limited to the following: - Collaboration or Mediation to heal your marriage: I will work with you as your lawyer, helping you identify the key issues causing problems in your marriage, find ways to constructively talk about your disagreements, and come to agreement on ways to move forward together.
- Collaborative divorce: I will work with you and an interdisciplinary collaborative practice group that consist of specially trained attorneys, and professionals within the fields of mental health, financial and other areas. I use a client-centered approach focused on respectful negotiations to help you stay out of court and reach an agreement that works for both participants. I have developed a wellness approach to divorce and separation. It emphasizes the idea that focusing on self-healing during this very difficult time will help guide you to a place where you discover a new and more positive life after divorce.
- Divorce mediation: I provide services as a neutral professional, helping you and your spouse find common ground on all divorce-related issues. Being a licensed marriage family therapist as well as an attorney, I have extensive training and experience as a family process mediator.
